I heard that the Special Red Edition iPhone 3G Pro will be released soon, if so, will it be 16GB or 32GB? Or, it will have both formats? Will you get this special version instead of a black or white one?
I believe the iPhone would never work as a "Product (red)" seeing as all "Product (red)" products are not for profit. Just like you'll never see a (red) Macbook. It's just too valuable to be for charity, sad ... But true.

Hi Craig
I also have a 2007 MBP which had 2 upgrades from Tiger.
When I upgraded to an SSD, I saw that my Library folder was around 12gb in size and was not getting the full benefits of SSD which had been advertised. 2gb were for email database but I had no idea of other 10gb...
The best I found was to re-install and start afresh with new installs and just the apps I needed.
I used an application which copied folder names into a text file. I formatted the computer and picked and chose the applications I wanted to reinstall.
Used TimeMachine to copy My Documents folder back and done.
Just keep in mind I used Firefox sync which copied my bookmarks, history etc. (although Add-Ons had to be reinstalled).
Couldn't have been happier to just format it rather than messing around.
I also find this is the best way. I had to format my MacBook Pro yesterday because it wasn't shutting down properly (afterwards, I found out it was just one program causing the problem ). Although it probably wasn't entirely necessary, my computer is now running better than when I bought it new around 12 months ago.

Dfu mode restore didn't work either. Usually it will come back responsive after some time which makes me think it is a background task that is killing the iPad.
Also after the dfu restore the NoteTakerHD ink mode was definitely much more responsive.

Apple and every other computer maker is going to be held back. Don't you think apple had sandy bridge based computers in the pipeline
The biggest difference is others started shipping/advertising those computers before apple

i'm not hosting the stuff myself, so I'm going to go with the .htaccess file route.
Thanks for all the help - this is great :D
It works great, and the standard permissions are 644, so that wasn't an issue. Now I need to set up an error page - what error number is that?
D
Error page for what? A 404 (file not found)?

Don't buy the aluminum 24" imac with the 3.06 processor for gaming, the video card won't hold up. Ebay is full of these imacs being sold for bad/ dead video cards and no Apple is not doing nothing about extended repairs.

Sorry, but even the head of cyclone/hurricane research for the World Meteorological Organization says that it is premature to link "global warming" (see: theory of) to increased hurricane activity this year (http://www.breitbart.com/news/2005/09/23/MTFH02074_2005-09-23_11-27-45_SCH341095.html).
Neither position is right or wrong at the point. The head researcher with the WMO says that studies still need to be conducted, however it would also seem that in the past there have been some strong storms may it be snow, wind, rain far few than at present.
As stated it is only going to get worse till the balance is regained. Its not going to escalate and continue on that path its going to subside. When that will happen no one knows yes, as we do not know the peek yet.
Much is to be seen. :)

It of course shouldn't matter, but you are using the shift key below the caps lock?
I'm about at the limit of my knowledge from what I remember about these sorry.
Maybe someone else can jump in with some ideas?
Seems odd that it will not boot without extensions, or if it is getting to that point even?
yup and no prob thank you for the help yeah it just goes right to the screen saver and will not let me click on anything.

I thought about the Air, especially considering I'll be buying an SSD to replace the HDD in the MBP, however the 4GB of RAM and the older Core 2 Duo processors kinda scared me away. Now if the MBA has a refresh before we get back in July I'll definitely look into it...
As was your +1 for the $1199 13" or $1499 13"
Aaron
The updated Air may be available around the time you get back home, so that might be an option to consider.
And thank you for serving. It is appreciated and I wish you a safe trip back home.

It's called text figures (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Text_figures). They are used to make numbers integrate better with text.

Usually Christmas, but I think I'm a little more excited about Macworld this year, since I'm likely getting a new MBP the same day :)
